Every single use of an image in content may be different. Depending on the context, different details are important and need to be focused in order to build effective contents. With the cropping function, images can be cropped directly in the Responsive Content Editor to the appropriate section, without additional tools and without duplicating the media asset unnecessarily.
Your learners may not always remember the structure of the content. If they need to find a particular section quickly, classic navigation is no longer sufficient. KnowledgeWorker offers an integrated search feature for this purpose. Learners can use it to locate and access relevant knowledge at any time, even mobile and offline.
Using character styles in the Responsive Content Editor, you can apply an individual design to special text segments. You can help your readers to internalize product names, understand formulas and source texts, or focus attention on important word groups. Character styles are stored centrally in the layout. Their design is therefore uniform throughout your entire knowledge base.
To assign a character style, select a text segment. Then select the desired character style from the menu bar.
Masks are clippings for images in your content. You can use them to change the outer shape of an image without using a graphics program.
The clipping areas are displayed transparently and provide a view of the background. With simple steps you will achieve a professional design and create confidence in your content.
